Today, I came across this application by the European Society of Cardiology and found a great assistant for the clinicians who work in the field of cardiology. This app contains all the ESC guidelines and you can download them and use them in offline mode. For me, ESC guideline for hypertension and CVD prevention were the most practical ones.
